Walmart Wellness app collected many different direct interaction data types and interpretations of those data types. Please follow the Walmart Wellness Data Takeout instructions below to retrieve your entire historical dataset from Walmart.
Your online data dashboard accepts uploads from major data providers like Walmart Wellness. This is connected to your mobile account on the Best Life app.
Retrieve and decide what to do with your data using the Walmart Wellness data takeout instructions below.
Beginning January 31, 2023 you will no longer be able to access the Walmart Wellness app.
If you had followed the prompts sent via email by Walmart before that time, you should have received a copy of your data as a file.
If you did not retrieve your data previously, please visit the Walmart Wellness help page linked below and retrieve your data in that method. Retrieving your data from Walmart Wellness is said to be available until January 31, 2024.
Use the instructions provided on the Walmart help page linked above and you will then be able to download your data. It will be delivered to you in the format of a ZIP folder.
A desktop or laptop computer is recommended to download your data export, as the .ZIP file contents may be too large to open on a mobile device.
Upload your Walmart Wellness data at the My LLIF Data Upload page. You can get there from the top-right account icon on your data dashboard or by using the button below.
Populate the “Choose File” with the file you downloaded. If asked which file type this upload is for, select third_party.
Select “Upload” to finish the process. Your upload progress is shown on the same screen.
When complete, your data entered in Walmart Wellness will now appear in the Best Life mobile app as Events or its respective matching data type (like blood pressure).
